Senior Aggregate Plant Leader - Safety & Optimization

Heidelberg Materials seeks a results-oriented Plant Operations Manager to lead daily aggregates production at our Stonecrest site. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, drive a strong safety culture, and manage costs, production targets, and quality.

You will mentor and develop the team, collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment reliable, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in a quarry environment.
