Senior Agentic AI DeveloperWe are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy advanced autonomous AI systems capable of multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and dynamic decision-making. You will architect and implement scalable agent frameworks that integrate LLMs, APIs, external tools, and enterprise systems to automate complex workflows for datacenter operations. This role requires deep expertise in modern AI systems, strong software engineering skills, and hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement agentic AI systems with planning, memory, and tool orchestrationBuild and maintain multi-agent architectures for collaborative problem solvingIntegrate LLMs with APIs, databases, vector stores, and enterprise platformsDevelop agent reasoning pipelines (ReAct, tree-of-thought, reflection loops, etc.)Optimize prompt engineering, system instructions, and tool schemasEnsure reliability, observability, and evaluation of AI agent outputsEstablish guardrails, safety constraints, and monitoring mechanismsCollaborate with infrastructure teams to define AI strategyRequired Experience/Skills/Certs/Education:Core AI & Agentic SystemsStrong experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-weight models)Experience building agent frameworks using tools such as: LangGraph / LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAICustom agent orchestration systemsDeep understanding of Prompt engineering, Tool calling / function calling, Multi-agent coordination patternsExperience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)Senior-level proficiency in Python and/or PowershellStrong software architecture and system design skillsAPI integrationMonitoring & loggingRequired Experience:5+ years of professional software engineering experience2+ years working with LLM-based systems or AI applicationsDemonstrated experience building production AI agents (not just prototypes)Experience collaborating with and mentoring peersMUST BE A US CITIZENMUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED AGENCY CLEARANCE (PUBLIC TRUST)Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications/Education:Strong architectural thinking and systems mindsetAbility to translate business problems into agent workflowsClear communication of complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholdersOwnership mentality and bias for actionLooking for an enthusiastic AI advocate to work with a tech-savvy operational team to introduce AI Ops capabilities.Additional Provisions:Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check.All candidates must be a US Citizen.Candidate must have lived in the US for the past 5 years.Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years.
