We specialize in building platforms and products that deliver conversational agents pulling real-time data for advanced, interactive experiences.The Senior Agency Compliance Officer plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the organization's agency operations, systems, and staff adhere to all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing and maintaining a robust compliance program, supporting agency operations, overseeing audits, managing training programs, and ensuring continuous regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate is experienced, ethical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong background in insurance compliance.What You'll DoCompliance Oversight & Risk ManagementDevelop and manage a company-wide compliance program in accordance with state and federal regulationsIdentify, assess, and communicate compliance risks; advise leadership on mitigation strategiesConduct audits and investigations; recommend and implement corrective actionsMaintain and revise the company's compliance manual and code of conduct as neededTraining & EducationDesign and lead compliance and ethics training for employees, agents, and contractorsEnsure all staff are knowledgeable of applicable laws and internal policiesMaintain training records and ensure ongoing compliance educationOperational Support & CommunicationManage compliance-related agency functions such as licensing, appointments, audits, commission processing, reporting, and issue resolutionSupport agent and client inquiries across multiple communication channelsCollaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve policy, commission, and system issuesGovernance & ReportingReport to and collaborate with the compliance committee, executive leadership, and board of directorsTrack compliance incidents and outcomes; prepare and present routine reportsEnsure contracts and business documents contain appropriate compliance languageCulture & EthicsPromote a strong culture of compliance, ethics, and transparencySupport HR in conducting background checks and administering disciplinary actions related to complianceWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of insurance carrier or agency experience in a compliance-related roleIn-depth knowledge of insurance compliance, regulatory frameworks, and ethical standardsStrong organizational and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesFlorida Insurance Licenses Required (active and in good standing)2-15 License – Health, Life, & Variable Annuities2-20 License – General LinesBachelor's degree preferredProficient in Microsoft Office, IVANS, and agency or policy management systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teamsWhy EntratusRemote-first, team-oriented cultureHelp shape products that use AI to solve real enterprise painWork with a lean, senior team and take ownership from day oneGreat flexibility, meaningful work, and room to growJoin our team!
