Selmet is seeking a Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer to lead quality for precision titanium castings used in critical aerospace and defense applications. In this on-site role in Springfield, OR, you will own AS9100-compliant quality systems, audits, and documentation, lead root cause and corrective action, and manage FAI/PPAP for new and existing products. You’ll apply SPC and data-driven methods to improve processes, partner with engineering and production to ensure manufacturability and compliance, and interface with major aerospace OEMs to meet demanding quality and delivery expectations.
