Selmet is seeking a Senior Aerospace Quality Engineer to lead quality activities for precision titanium castings used in critical aerospace and defense applications. In this on-site role in Springfield, OR, you will own AS9100-compliant quality systems, PPAP/FAI, and special process qualifications while driving defect reduction and continuous improvement. You will investigate nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, implement CAPA, and prepare for AS9100/NADCAP and customer audits.
Partnering closely with engineering and production, you’ll apply strong GD&T, SPC, and data-driven methods to ensure flawless product quality and support customer requirements in a high-tech, precision-driven environment.
