You will manage a two-person inspector team, interface with defense primes, and oversee supplier quality programs to ensure AS9100 compliance and robust design/test intentions.
You will partner with engineering to improve DFx/DFT and establish test-yield monitoring while enforcing DPAS, FAR/DFAR, and counterfeit parts controls.
