Leading a team of functional managers, the full-time Senior Aero Service Parts Leader will oversee Aero Service Parts operations, develop strategies for parts growth, and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee a team responsible for global parts fulfillment, planning, and warehouse operations Collaborate with regional leadership and external suppliers to develop strategies and ensure timely delivery of customer orders Coordinate with various teams to manage parts forecasts, pricing, and system developments Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university 5+ years of Services and/or Project Management experience delivering for customers Proven experience in a leadership role with direct reports Technical expertise with the Aero product line Established project management skills
