Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Demonstrated subject matter expertise in the area of federal employment discrimination laws, to include the areas of equitable relief, pecuniary and nonpecnicary damages, and attorneys fees; experience applying the subject matter expertise in connection with leading quality and/or process improvement activities and training initiatives in federal employment discrimination complaint programs

Licensure Requirement:

An applicant MUST be a member in good standing of the bar of a State or Territory of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
