Position Title : Senior Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to serve as a client-facing retirement planning advisor and help establish a growing financial services firm’s presence in the Warwick/Cranston, Rhode Island area. This role will independently lead client meetings, present comprehensive retirement strategies, conduct educational seminars and workshops, follow up with firm-generated prospects, and guide clients through decisions involving income, investments, taxes, Medicare, and estate planning.
Unlike traditional advisor roles that require constant prospecting, this position is backed by significant firm-generated lead flow, paid seminars, marketing support, a dedicated paraplanner, and outsourced investment management. The advisor can focus their energy where it matters most: building trust, presenting solutions, and converting opportunities into lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, highly organized, and persuasive financial professional who can confidently own client relationships, command a meeting, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. They must be comfortable speaking in front of groups, disciplined about follow-through, and eager to learn an established retirement planning process.
