Together, there's no stopping you!Summary: Works as a team with other administrative staff to support activities for the Senior Management and Relationship Managers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients coming into the bankSchedule and organize meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the region.Perform duties such as maintaining Salesforce data, financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, ordering supplies, and working on special projects.Act as project manager for special projects, which may include: organizing client events, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and coordinating direct mailingsAnswer non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommend change in office practices or procedures.Create and develop agendas and visual presentations for the team.Sort and distribute mail, draft written response or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.Acts as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities and HR.Handle confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary.Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.Performs other duties as required.Qualifications:Team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with othersExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize; handle multiple tasks; and work independentlyStrong organizational skills and detail-oriented with high degree of accuracyStrong written and oral communication skillsStrong math and problem solving skillsMust maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank recordsGood phone voice with professional and well-groomed appearanceAbility to operate standard office equipment, such as, computer work stations, typewriters, calculators, and copierThorough knowledge of bank operations, products and services offered at the bankEducation and/or Experience:High school Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree a plus5+ years of related experience.Computer and Software Skills:Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including advanced Microsoft Office Bankway Salesforce Google Mail
