Senior AD/ICAM Administrator

To deliver modern Identity Access Credential Management (ICAM) solutions and Zero Trust Architectures (ZTA), the full-time Senior AD/ICAM Administrator will manage technical leadership for modernization initiatives, implement and prototype solutions, and oversee project management activities across multiple ICAM service capabilities in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and lead hybrid identity initiatives using Azure AD Connect and Entra ID Manage and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and implement identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and Conditional Access policies in Azure Perform technical triage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce Zero Trust principles and compliance standards Required Qualifications: BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 8+ years of hands-on experience in a lead role with proven proficiency in enterprise-level Windows Server administration and Directory Services management MCSE or MCSA certification in Windows Server / Directory Services is required Strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, hybrid identity, and cloud migration projects PowerShell scripting proficiency for automation and reporting
