Overseeing collections for high-value strategic customers, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Associate will manage the resolution of EDI invoice rejections, supervise offshore staff, and optimize cash flow while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Supervise offshore Genpact Collections team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks Manage collections for North American strategic customers, identifying and resolving payment delays Prepare reports and provide management with recommendations regarding collection performance and operational issues Required qualifications: Strong leadership and team-management abilities Demonstrated experience with EDI and collections processes Proficient in SAP, Power BI, OnBase, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel) Experience working with Genpact (3rd party BPO) 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced business accounts receivable environment and/or a bachelor's degree
