Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst

Managing the end-to-end accounts receivable process, the full-time Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst will handle billing, collections, and cash application activities while working remotely to ensure the company's financial health and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Process timely and accurate invoicing for various transactions, including new business and contract modifications Execute proactive collections strategies to drive timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships Accurately apply and post incoming customer payments, resolving unapplied cash and chargebacks efficiently Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related role Extensive experience with NetSuite ERP and SuiteBilling is highly preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights High level of independence and self-motivation, excelling in a remote work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
