Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst (Fully Remote)

• Own the end-to-end accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing across all transaction types.
• Execute proactive collections strategies and manage customer relationships to hit cash targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply incoming payments accurately, resolve discrepancies, and issue credit/debit memos with proper documentation.
• Analyze AR trends and aging reports to provide actionable insights and support month-end close.
• Leverage NetSuite SuiteBilling and automation tools to improve workflows and scalability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of AR, billing, or collections experience with strong NetSuite and Excel skills.
