YOUR TYPICAL DAY...
Serve as a key business partner to the Controller while leading core accounting operations for the organization.Own and lead the monthly close process, financial reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysisProvide meaningful financial insights that support executive decision-making across the businessLead, mentor, and develop a team of 2 accounting professionals
YOU HAVE...
Expertise in corporate accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close leadership8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience within manufacturing or a related industryProven experience leading and developing accounting teamsStrong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statementsExperience working within ERP environmentsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
EXTRA CREDIT!
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferredCPA and/or MBAJD Edwards experience
