SENIOR ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Role Overview: Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller , the Senior Accounting Manager will lead a team of Accounting Managers and staff, overseeing critical accounting functions, including:
- Month-end close processes
- GAAP compliance and internal controls
- SOX compliance and financial reporting accuracy
- Fixed asset and depreciation accounting
- Software accounting and reconciliations
- System upgrades and process improvements
Key Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred)
- CPA designation (required)
- 6-8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong preference for public accounting experience
- Experience in large corporations or working with enterprise-level clients
- Prior experience managing accounting staff and fostering team development
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong acumen in financial systems
- A demonstrated history of career stability and progression
