FTS is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee close activities, financial reporting, and accounting operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team, improve processes, and collaborate with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end close.
- Manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and consolidation activities.
- Review accounting transactions and supporting documentation.
- Support audits and maintain internal controls.
- Lead and develop an accounting team.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an active CPA.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience managing a team and overseeing multi-entity accounting.
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
