Comp: 170-185k + bonus & equity Responsibilities:Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesOwn consolidated financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysisResearch and resolve technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAPPartner with auditors and manage annual audit processesDrive process improvements across accounting and financial reportingSupport acquisition integration and accounting standardization initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and leadership teamsMentor accounting staff and help scale the accounting functionSupport ERP enhancements and reporting optimization effortsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCPA preferred8+ years of progressive accounting experiencePublic accounting experience preferredStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reportingExperience leading close, consolidations, and audit activitiesTechnical accounting research experienceAdvanced Excel and ERP system proficiencyStrong communication, leadership, and analytical skillsExperience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or product-based environments preferredIf you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
