Senior Accounting Manager, Digital AssetsUphold has a unique model and is well-placed to provide infrastructure to traditional financial firms as it embraces blockchain. The Senior Accounting Manager, Digital Assets will lead initiatives to automate and scale the financial close process in alignment with public company reporting standards and work with the necessary teams to improve automation and data integrity across the revenue reporting pipeline.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOwn the monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close for digital assets process, ensuring accuracy and completeness under US GAAP (ASC 606, ASC 350-60).Reconcile in-house digital assets ledger activity to the general ledger, partnering with financial operations and data teams to resolve discrepancies.Manage and mentor the accounting team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Establish clear performance objectives, execute reviews, and cultivate talent to support organizational growth and sophisticated reporting requirements.Works independently, take initiative and be able to think on their feet.
