CarsonLynch has been engaged by another one of our long-time clients to fill a Senior Manager role within their Corporate Accounting team! This organization is one of the fastest growing companies in the area with no signs of slowing down.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 4 direct reports.
- Oversee the monthly close process for locations in the US, as well as Internationally.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements.
- Own the chart of accounts.
- Partner with other groups within the organization to ensure compliance, as well as the accuracy of any complex transactions.
- Assist on budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis efforts.
- Serve as a leader for all process improvement efforts.
Profile:
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
- CPA is preferred
- 8-10+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, as well as IFRS.
- Ability to lead a team, develop cross-functional relationships, and work with various leaders on special projects as assigned.
