Key Responsibilities The professional will be responsible for leading and executing the accounting and financial routines of the Atlanta operation, including: Monthly accounting closing process for the business unit; Ensuring the quality and reliability of financial information; Managing and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; Performing accounting and financial reconciliations; Supporting internal and external audit processes; Supporting the implementation of controls and process improvement initiatives; Supporting the financial management of the operation; Monitoring cash flow and financial controls; Supporting demands related to the transition/sale process of the operation; Ensuring compliance and adherence to the company's internal policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile The company is seeking a professional with strong technical expertise, but above all, practical execution capability and adaptability in complex scenarios. The ideal candidate should present: Strong experience in accounting and finance; Solid background in accounting closing and financial controls; Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments will be considered a plus; Hands-on profile with high execution capability; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Maturity to operate in transformation environments; Strong organizational skills and sense of priority; Analytical mindset and critical thinking; Experience with audits and internal controls; Resilient and emotionally structured profile.
