Senior Accounting Director – Hybrid, Growth & Compliance

IQ-EQ in New York seeks a seasoned Accounting and Financial Reporting leader to manage accounting teams across multiple entities, oversee US GAAP-compliant reporting, and ensure timely monthly closes.

You will collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and client finance teams, optimize controls, and guide onboarding for new clients in a hybrid work environment. A Bachelor’s in Accounting and CPA/ACA/ACCA are preferred, with 10+ years' experience.
