CFS has partnered with a technology company in search of a Senior Accountant to join their team in Waltham, MA.
Position: Senior Accountant
Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Waltham, MA)
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
Job Functions:
- Own the full AP and AR process, including invoice processing, billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Ramp, Rippling, and other automation tools to streamline accounting workflows.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and leverage AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and strengthen controls.
- Support month-end close, audit preparation, and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare analyses and reports to support business and operational decision-making.
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of accounting experience with strong AP/AR ownership.
- Proven track record of process improvements, automation initiatives, and system implementations.
- Experience with Ramp, Rippling, AI-powered platforms, or similar automation tools.
- QuickBooks proficiency and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
