Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Perform inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing cost analysis
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial performance and cost efficiency
• Assist with audits, compliance activities, and internal controls
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Manufacturing accounting experience required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and inventory/cost accounting
