Delivering comprehensive outsourced accounting services, the full-time Senior Accountant - State Licensed will manage full-cycle accounting for high net worth families and investment entities in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, including individuals, trusts, and real estate entities Prepare and post journal entries, financial statements, and management reporting packages in accordance with U.S. GAAP Implement and support accounting software platforms such as Sage Intacct and QuickBooks Online, assisting with client onboarding Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Minimum of five years of experience in accounting roles, ideally in an outsourced environment Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting for complex, multi-entity structures Proficiency in Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or real estate entities is strongly preferred
