Job Overview

Seeking a hands-on accounting professional to manage full-cycle accounting, prepare financial statements and annual reports, and support month-end and year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger knowledge and the ability to independently handle daily accounting operations. A CPA license is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily AP, AR, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare annual financial statements, financial reports, and supporting schedules.
• Handle inventory accounting and COGS analysis.
• Assist with audits, tax reporting, and Form 1099.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience preparing financial statements and year-end reports.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• NetSuite experience and CPA certification are preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a 100% onsite role in Secaucus, NJ.
