- Monthly capitalization & depreciation entries for GL
- Monthly Fixed Asset
- Complete annual/quarterly impairment review
- Annual property tax return
- Support annual financial statement audit & any govt. agency audits
- Prepare quarterly/annual govt. reporting
- Monthly review of subsidiaries
- Monthly fluctuation analysis/accruals
- Month-end close payroll
- Reconcile GL accounts
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations as needed
- Address accounting issues
- Ad-hoc reporting & analysis as needed
- Other duties as needed
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree Finance, Accounting, or similar
- 5+ years of Accounting/Finance xhqgsiq experience – public/private/auditing background
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.)
- Strong data analytics skills
- Self-motivated, multi-tasker, ability to work under minimal supervision
- CPA is preferred
