Senior Accountant

Your New Company

We are partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization in the windows and doors industry that is launching a new door manufacturing business. With continued growth and expansion underway, they are looking to add a Senior Accountant who can take ownership of the accounting function for this new operation.

Your Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting for the new manufacturing operation
• Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
• Partner with the existing accounting team during the startup and transition period
• Help establish scalable accounting processes as operations and volume increase
• Support financial reporting and other accounting needs across the business
• Take on increasing ownership of the accounting function as the new company grows
• Opportunity to help build and develop an accounting team over time

What You Need to Succeed

• Senior Accountant-level accounting experience
• Microsoft Dynamics experience strongly preferred
• Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of general accounting and month-end close
• Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities will evolve
• Someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to build processes rather than simply inherit them
