Senior Accountant, Reporting

To support a rapidly expanding organization, the full-time Senior Accountant, Reporting will manage the preparation and maintenance of external financial statements, regulatory filings, and operational reports while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and maintain external financial statements and regulatory reports, ensuring audit-ready documentation Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables by coordinating stakeholders and validating source data Build scalable reporting infrastructure by improving automation, internal controls, and repeatable reporting processes Required qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in general or public accounting, with Big 4 experience preferred Regulatory reporting experience preferred Strong technical knowledge of accounting treatment across multiple reporting areas Experience in the healthcare industry, including Medicare and Medicaid, strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently and build reporting processes from scratch
