Responsibilities:
- Preparation of SEC filings including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks
- Financial reporting, technical accounting, and disclosure analysis
- Earnings releases, investor reporting, and management reporting packages
- Cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Asset Management, and Investor Relations
- Process improvement initiatives and reporting automation
What They're Looking For
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Hands-on SEC reporting experience required
- Public accounting or industry background
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and public company reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
Compensation
💰 $100,000 - $130,000 base salary
💰 10% bonus
