Senior Accountant Opportunity
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. Reporting to leadership, this role will support month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, inventory accounting, and process improvement initiatives.
Work Schedule:
This position is primarily onsite in Longmont, CO. A hybrid schedule of up to 3 days in the office and 2 days remote may be considered for the right candidate following a successful onboarding and training period.

Responsibilities
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Analyze financial results and investigate variances
- Maintain fixed asset/inventory accounting records +WIP analysis
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Support budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience-ERP experience and advanced Excel skills
- Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Manufacturing, inventory, or cost accounting experience preferred
