Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, inventory, and accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
• Manage inventory accounting, cost analysis, and revenue recognition processes effectively.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes ensuring timeliness and precision.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operations teams to provide actionable financial insights.
• Utilize ERP systems for financial reporting and process optimization, with NetSuite experience preferred.
• Develop and enforce internal controls and best practices across accounting operations.
• Support external audits and tax filings by preparing required documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

• Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with NetSuite experience highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced skills in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
• Motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
