A rapidly growing, private equity-backed wealth management firm with more than $20B in AUM is looking to add a Senior Accountant to its expanding finance and accounting team.

With significant growth anticipated over the next two years, this is an opportunity to join a scaling organization, gain exposure to senior finance leadership, and take ownership of key revenue and compensation accounting functions while managing a direct report.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own recurring revenue accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables in accordance with ASC 606
- Support revenue settlement analysis and accounting integration for newly acquired advisory practices
- Reconcile billing systems, accounts receivable, cash collections, and general ledger balances
- Oversee advisor compensation, payroll, bonus accruals, and incentive compensation accounting
- Strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, and support audits and financial reporting
- Manage and review the work of an Advisor Compensation Analyst
- Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Payroll, Billing, and Corporate Development
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $125K - $145K
- Total Compensation Range: $150K - $165K
- Fully remote for candidates based in the Eastern time zone
- Direct exposure to the Controller, CFO, and senior leadership

- Broad exposure to M&A integration, revenue operations, and process improvement
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years of Audit or compensation accounting experience
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition or compensation accounting required
- Long-term incentive (LTI) experience is a plus
- CPA or progress toward the CPA preferred, but not required
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing environment
