Senior Accountant

Salary: $90,000–$100,000
Bonus: 10% STI
Location: Cottage Grove, WI
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — 2–3 days onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including account reconciliations and general ledger accounting

• Review and prepare financial statements, analyze results, and provide reporting to the Controller and CFO

• Manage and support two direct reports across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Partner with operations by preparing ad hoc reports and KPIs to support business decisions

• Oversee sales and use tax activities across 40 states and 14 countries and work with external auditors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong general ledger and month-end close experience

• Full-charge accounting experience with the ability to manage financial reporting, reconciliations, and multiple accounting functions

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience with Accumatica is a plus; experience with NetSuite is also relevant
