Temporary Contract Accounting Position
Location: Hybrid (In-office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday)
Pay: $85,000 – $95,000 / year ($41.00 – $45.50/hr)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Hybrid)

What you'll do
- Month-End Close & GL: Process journal entries, vouchers, freight, inventory, and accruals.
- Reconciliations: Perform balance sheet account reconciliations (AR, AP, Liabilities, Inventory).
- Reporting & Audits: Prepare monthly accounting schedules, pull supporting documentation, and assist with internal/external audit requests.
- Parent Company Liaison: Report across multiple subsidiaries to the Japanese parent company.
What you need
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Strong, recent accounting experience with steady employment history.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Mindset: Flexible, motivated to learn, open-minded, and maintains a positive, collaborative attitude.
Nice to have: Experience with Infor M3 / M4 ERP systems.
