DIsruptiX Talent Solutions is partnering with a growing, multi-location manufacturing organization to hire a Senior Accountant for a newly created position on their accounting team. This role reports directly to the Controller and will play a key role in supporting month-end close, balance sheet integrity and divisional accounting across multiple operating entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
- Support a 10-day month-end close, including journal entries and accruals
- Assist with general ledger accounting in a manufacturing and inventory-based environment
- Work within a Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) ERP environment; support system enhancements as needed
- Manage accounting activity through Concur, including AP invoices and employee expense reporting
- Track and account for fixed assets, capital leases, and related debt obligations
- Monitor and record payments related to major equipment and long-term assets
- Partner closely with the Controller, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams
- Support inventory accounting for raw materials and production equipment
- Assist with internal controls and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing, inventory, or operational accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) preferred
- Experience with Concur invoice and expense workflows a plus
- Exposure to fixed assets, capital leases, and debt accounting
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced close environment
