Responsibilities Include:

• Manage accounts payable, cash positions, partner distributions
• Prepare and maintain accounting ledgers, loan tape, and perform bank reconciliations
• Support investor reporting and distribution models
• Prepare financial reporting packages for various joint ventures

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in an accounting/finance/operations role
• Strong understanding xzgxqkn of GAAP and financial reporting for funds and management companies
• SEC Reporting experience preferred but not required
• Experience with Yardi/MRI preferred
