Senior Accountant, Private EquityWe are looking to fill a Private Equity Accountant position in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have their Bachelor Degree in Accounting and a minimum of 2 years' experience in public accounting, private equity accounting, investment company accounting, or real estate accounting. This position will pay 90K-95K depending on experience plus a strong bonus potential.
The company is working a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities:Preparation of month, quarter, and year-end US GAAP financial statementsAssist in the preparation for capital calls, distributions and allocations to investorsMaintenance of underlying accounting recordsPreparation of journal entries which allocate income/loss from investmentsAnalysis of daily cash transactions and flows of fundsPrepare debt reconciliations and roll forwards for several facilitiesResolve investment accounting issues involving complex investment structuresAssist manager in resolving problems/issues in a timely mannerSpecial projects and analysesQualifications:Bachelor Degree in AccountingCPA or CPA candidate is a plusMinimum of two years of professional accounting experience required; preferably in public accounting, tax accounting, investment company accounting or real estate accountingBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
