Senior AccountantThe Senior Accountant is responsible for general accounting functions including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, financial statement analysis, and P&L guidance for Restaurant Leaders. The Senior Accountant will support month-end and year-end close processes, analyze financial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial operations.Your Impact and Responsibilities:Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statementsEnsure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and external regulationsSupport and lead month-end and year-end closing activitiesAnalyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementAnswer P&L questions from Restaurants and Restaurant Support Office CrewmembersQualifications:3-5 years of accounting experienceBachelor's degree in accountingStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingDetail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyMicrosoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPreferred Qualifications:Workday Financials experienceAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
