The mission is to serve as a trusted partner to investors, tenants, creditors, employees, and communities while delivering top-tier, risk-adjusted returns.Position OverviewThe Senior Accountant will own accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities of the firm's infrastructure platform, including management fees, reimbursements, etc.Salary for this role is $110-$115KPrimary ResponsibilitiesClose monthly US GAAP and tax-basis accounting for assigned entities on an accurate and timely basisPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedulesRecord and reconcile management fee incomeAllocate shared costs across funds, and entitiesTrack carried interest, promote structures, and commission plansSupport quarterly and annual financial reportingAssist with tax complianceCoordinate with FP&A and leadershipSupport the interim, quarterly, and year-end audit or review process, including preparation of schedules for external auditorsReview operating results against budget; investigate and analyze significant variancesSupport quarterly distributions and investor reporting as neededMaintain effective internal controlsActively support continuous improvement and technology initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen controlsRequirementsBachelor's in accountingMinimum 3 years of accounting experience within real estate, a multi-entity environment or large public accounting firm.Strong US GAAP knowledge
