Senior Accountant | Omaha Area

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including aging reviews and invoice reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, analyze variances, and provide insights to leadership.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range business planning.
- Maintain tax filings and ensure timely compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
- Support banking activities, cash management, and account reconciliations.
- Drive process improvements and help strengthen accounting controls and reporting accuracy.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- ERP experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
