This role sits in a highly visible seat and focuses on:
- Ownership of general ledger accounts and account reconciliations
- Monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis under GAAP
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
- Strengthening internal controls and driving process improvements
- Partnering cross-functionally with finance and operational teams
Compensation is around $110K base + 10% bonus with a hybrid model (3 days in per week).
