What You Will Own
• Own key pieces of the month end close, from journal entries through account reconciliations
• Manage revenue recognition for a recurring revenue model under ASC 606
• Pull and work with revenue data to support calculations, analysis, and reporting
• Maintain a clean, well supported general ledger
• Support lease accounting and purchase accounting as needs arise
• Play a lead role in rolling out AI tools and connecting them to the ERP to automate and streamline the work
• Strengthen close processes, documentation, and controls as the company scales
• Partner with accounting leadership on audit readiness and special projects
What You Need
• Either strong full cycle GL accounting experience in industry, or a standout track record in public accounting audit
• Hands on operator who is comfortable working directly in data and systems
• A history of high performance, whether that shows up as promotions, top reviews, or expanded responsibility
What Sets You Apart
• ASC 606 revenue recognition experience (strongly preferred)
• SQL or similar querying experience
• Recurring or subscription revenue experience
• ASC 842 lease accounting or purchase accounting exposure
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• CPA or progress toward it
