Senior Accountant

I am looking for a Senior Accountant to join a growing, private equity-backed healthcare services company.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle general ledger accounting, including month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Handle revenue recognition under ASC 606 for a recurring revenue model.
• Use SQL-based data to support revenue calculations and analysis.
• Support lease accounting (ASC 842) and purchase accounting as needed.
• Work in NetSuite (ERP) and Ramp (AP, travel, and expense).
• Help roll out AI tools across the accounting function and integrate them with NetSuite.
• Work closely with leadership to improve processes and reporting as the company grows.

Requirements

• Strong full-cycle GL accounting experience, or an audit background from public accounting with a strong track record.
• ASC 606 revenue recognition experience is strongly preferred.
• SQL experience, or experience with a similar data or query tool.
• Recurring revenue experience.
• ASC 842 lease accounting or purchase accounting experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus but not required.
• A self-starter with a high bar for quality who wants to grow.
