Senior Accountant

Accounting PositionThe ideal candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, with a preference for a CPA. Public accounting experience is preferred as well. This position will be a hybrid role with in-office days required.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, audit support, and resolving discrepanciesCompleting month end support costs allocations and bad debt calculationsManaging banking relationships, tracking daily cash movement, maintaining signature cards, and bank account documents for multiple bank accountsIssuing checks, setup domestic and foreign wire/ACH payments, monitoring positive pay and other banking controlsProviding support to global entitiesRecording intercompany transactions in foreign currencyPreparing cash flow forecast and make recommendations based on liquidity needsGenerating and distribute various financial reports to managementProviding explanations and analyses of budget to actual variances
