Job TitleEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepares and/or contributes to all aspects of event accounting including settlements, event costs, flash reports, and journal entriesRecords all payroll entries to the general ledger including biweekly payroll and monthly accrualsPrepares and records daily cash receipts to the general ledgerPerform account analysis on both a facility and event levelRecord, review and reconcile cash receipts, encode A/R cash receipts, and maintain cash journalsPrepares and performs bank and balance sheet account reconciliationsReview A/P invoices in Bill.comMaintains general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue distribution, and operating expenses, and insurance records and reconciliationsVerifies and checks the accuracy of general ledger codingPrepares and analyzes information for financial statements and reportsOther duties as assignedSupervisory ResponsibilitiesCarries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends & ASM policies and applicable laws.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
