Senior Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $52 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, reconcile and analyze various general ledger account balances
• Prepare various journal entries for month-end close
• Assists with compiling and preparing analysis, schedules, and financial statements for internal purposes and financial audits
• Analysis and review of budget, revenue, and expense entries
• Review invoices and other accounting documents
• Resolve accounting discrepancies as required
• Oversight of accounts payable
• Assist in the preparation of profit and loss statements and monthly closing

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or related filed
• 5+ years of profession accounting experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software's and database tools.
• Manufacturing, defense contractor experience is a plus
