Reporting directly to an exceptional Controller and CFO, this role primarily focuses on core Senior Accountant functions, including general ledger management, month-end close procedures, complex reconciliations, and financial forecasting and budgeting support. Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Assist developing and maintaining the company's annual budget and forecasts.
• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing entries.
• Perform cost allocations to distribute expenses appropriately across departments and projects.
• Reconcile G/L accounts to maintain accurate financial records and identify discrepancies.
• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring and forecasting to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of bank statements and internal financial records.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
• General Ledger (GL) & Journal Entries: Maintaining and updating the general ledger with accurate financial data.
• Work-in-Progress (WIP) Reporting: Preparing and analyzing WIP schedules to track project progress.
• Assisting in Month-End Close: Supporting the Financial Controller in month-end closing activities
