Kohler is seeking a Senior Accountant to support our growing hospitality business within a global manufacturing leader. In this role, you will own key elements of the monthly close, revenue recognition, and cost accounting for Kohler Hospitality, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will analyze results, variances, and KPIs to inform operational decisions, and partner closely with resort and hospitality leaders on budgeting and forecasting.
You will also lead improvements to accounting processes, controls, and reporting tools, leveraging ERP and advanced Excel skills.
