Local fast-growing family-owned golf equipment company with room for career growth as we grow!Key Responsibilities:Maintain and reconcile all financial transactions in QuickBooks DesktopHandle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and vendor paymentsPerform monthly bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with payroll entries and employee reimbursements (via Gusto, Paychex, or similar, if applicable)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reportsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow trackingWork closely with ownership and external CPA for tax preparation and complianceMaintain organized financial records and support audit or review processesRecommend improvements to accounting procedures and internal controlsQualifications:5+ years of accounting experience with a focus on small businessesProficiency in QuickBooks Desktop is requiredStrong knowledge of GAAP and bookkeeping best practicesExperience in inventory-based or manufacturing businesses preferredHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and time managementAbility to work independently and communicate clearly with a small teamExperience working with external CPAs and preparing for tax season is a plusAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
